How to upload files on External Source (Example:SharePoint, Dataverse...)

After performing steps like login, select Channel/View/Folder and Get Data display on File Excel, the next step to New Items as follows.

Step 1: Insert a new row:

  • User can insert a row at the top, middle, or bottom of the worksheet.

Step 2: Click on the "Attach File ID" Column:

  • Click the cell under the "Attach File ID" column.

Step 3: Select a File to Upload:

  • On the right-hand panel, click “Click to browse or drag and drop your files” and select a file from your computer to upload.

Step 4: Attach the File:

  • After the file has been uploaded successfully, click Attach button.

Step 1: Select items to Edit:

  • Select one or multiple items you wish to modify.

  • Modify values across one or more columns for one or more items at the same time.

How to delete items on External Source (Example:SharePoint, Dataverse...)

After performing steps like login, select Channel/View/Folder and Get Data display on File Excel, the next step to Delete Items as follows.

Step 1: Double click the row:

  • Double click a row at the top, in the middle, or at the bottom.

Step 2: Click the right mouse button:

  • Right-click the row to delete one or more items in Excel.
  • Support deleting items by clearing the value of each cell. If all cell values for an item are cleared, that item will also be considered deleted.
